Purpose 

Processing of Sausage, assisting with stock takas, uphold and maintaining Company standards. 

Requirements for this position 

- Grade 12/ Senior Certificate or equivalent qualifications - Previous meat processing experience - Machinery Competent.

Qualifications 

Grade 12/Senior Certificate or equivalent qualifications - Previous meat processing experience - Machinery Competent.

Experience 

Experience in a meat market/butchery environment.

Knowledge 

- Sausage Making
- Assisting with Stock control
- Maintaining Company Standards
- Merchandise

Skills 

- Computer literate
- Fully Bilingual
- Reading and Writing
